Your marketing isn't "not working."
It's leaking.

I’m Daniel. I fix the spots where customers drop off, landing pages that don’t convert, emails that don’t follow up, carts that don’t close.
So your traffic stops being an expense and starts behaving like an asset.

Show me the leaks

Growth usually isn’t a traffic problem. It’s a drop-off problem. These are the three places where money disappears.

Leak 01
Landing page

The click lands… and nothing happens.

You paid for attention, but the page makes people hesitate. Too much noise, not enough direction.

  • Symptoms: high bounce, low conversion, “good traffic” with weak results
  • What I fix: message clarity, hierarchy, CTA flow, speed, trust
Clarity wins before persuasion.
Leak 02
Follow-up

The lead opts in… then goes cold.

Most conversions happen after the first visit. If your follow-up is slow or generic, you lose momentum.

  • Symptoms: ghost leads, abandoned carts, low email revenue
  • What I fix: sequences, timing, segmentation, conversion pushes
Follow-up is where profit lives.
Leak 03
Close

The buyer is interested… then drops at the finish line.

Booking pages and checkouts are where doubt shows up: friction, trust, unclear next steps.

  • Symptoms: checkout drop-offs, no-shows, “almost sales”
  • What I fix: objections, UX friction, reassurance, step-by-step flow
Remove friction. Increase conversion.
Quick reality check
If you already have traffic, sealing just one leak can outperform “more spend.” Start with the biggest drop-off and improve from there.

The Daniel differentiator

You are not hiring an agency workflow. You are hiring the operator who builds the system end to end.

Direct work with Daniel

No handoffs. No account manager layer.
One brain on the funnel.

Most funnels underperform in the gaps between strategy and execution. Plans get passed around, context gets diluted, and the funnel turns into disconnected tasks.

When we work together, the person who diagnoses the leak is the same person who fixes it. That is how you get faster iterations, cleaner measurement, and a system that stays consistent from first click to conversion.

FAQ

Quick answers to the questions I get before we start sealing leaks.

What types of projects are the best fit?

Two lanes: lead gen (booked calls, applications, quote requests) and eCommerce (product pages, cart and checkout, lifecycle email). If you already have traffic and results feel inconsistent, this is usually a great fit.

Do you work on strategy or execution?

Both. I can map the funnel and the priorities, then build the pages and flows. If you have an internal team, I can also deliver a clear plan and guide implementation.

How do you measure success?

We pick 1 to 3 KPIs based on your goal. Lead gen usually means conversion rate, lead quality, and cost per lead. eCommerce usually means conversion rate, add-to-cart, AOV, and email revenue. Then we fix the biggest leak first and measure the lift.

What do you need from me to start?

Your offer, your target customer, and access to the tools involved (site, analytics, email). If you have past data, great. If not, I can still start by tightening the message and setting up clean measurement.

Can you do both lead gen and eCommerce?

Yes. Different motions, same principle. We make the page clear, the follow-up relevant, and the close frictionless. If you have both, we build the flow that matches how people actually buy from you.

Are you the one doing the work?

Yes. You work directly with me. That is how we move faster and keep the funnel consistent from first click to conversion.

How fast can we start?

After a quick call, I confirm scope and next steps. If assets and access are ready, we can usually begin quickly.

Let’s find the leak and fix it.

Tell me what you sell and where people drop off. I’ll tell you what I’d fix first and what kind of lift we should expect.
