SU CONSULTING · DIGITAL GROWTH, SEO & AUTOMATION

Building a digital growth engine from the ground up.

SU Consulting entered market with deep accounting experience but no established digital infrastructure. Since 2023, I have helped turn that blank starting point into a connected system for visibility, lead generation, event promotion, and client follow-up—then adapted it as growth exposed new operational bottlenecks.

S / SITUATION

Expertise existed. Marketing system did not.

Experienced accountant was launching a new practice without website, search presence, or established acquisition journey.

SU Consulting offered tax advice, bookkeeping, payroll, and corporation registration. Founder brought more than ten years of accounting experience, but prospective clients had no clear digital place to understand services or take action.

Immediate need was credibility and lead generation. Larger need was a foundation that could earn visibility, convert interest into consultations, and remain manageable as business evolved.

T / BUSINESS CHALLENGE

Each stage of growth created next constraint.

At launch

Without digital foundation, expertise was difficult to discover or evaluate.

Business needed clear services, credible presentation, search visibility, and focused routes into consultation.

After demand

Lead generation improved, but follow-up remained manual.

Personal Tax inquiries entered a spreadsheet while booking invitations and reminders depended on Suhaneil's time and memory.

Generating attention was only half job. Growth system also had to help business respond.

A1 / STRATEGIC RESPONSE

Build foundation in connected layers.

01Foundation

Establish credible digital home

I designed and built SU Consulting's WordPress and Elementor website, structured its service pages, and continued improving experience as offer and brand matured.

02Demand

Create service-led discoverability

I supported technical SEO, service-page copy, Search Console analysis, on-page optimization, content strategy, and focused Personal Tax acquisition.

03Trust

Extend brand into community

Voices of Power connected SU Consulting's financial expertise with Latina business owners through useful programming, sponsors, and live participation.

04Operations

Connect inquiry with follow-up

Personal Tax workflow brought form data, booking invitations, calendar checks, reminders, and internal escalation into one operational path.

A2 / COMMUNITY ACTIVATION

Turning brand presence into participation.

For Voices of Power 2025, I contributed event landing page, sponsorship research, promotional materials, selected email content, and photography. Event created credible setting for SU Consulting to serve and connect with Latina business-owner community.

A3 / LEAD OPERATIONS

Growth changed problem from acquisition to response.

Personal Tax leads were captured, but every booking invitation and reminder required manual work. I converted that repetitive follow-up into a controlled workflow while keeping unresolved cases visible to team.

01

Form submitted

Client details enter Personal Tax workflow.

02

Lead recorded

Structured row becomes operational source.

03

Invite sent

Client receives bilingual booking invitation.

04

Booking checked

Calendar and Google Meet status are reviewed.

05

Reminder sent

One client reminder follows when no booking exists.

06

Team alerted

Internal alert fires after 21 unresolved days.

Operational effect

Faster follow-up, less repetitive administration, and clear escalation when lead remains unbooked.

A4 / EXECUTION

Strategy stayed close to work.

Website experience

Designed, built, and continuously managed all WordPress/Elementor pages; structured service journeys; adapted site to 2025 rebrand.

Search and content

Technical SEO, page copy, Search Console review, on-page optimization, content strategy, and Personal Tax landing experience.

Campaigns and events

Campaign destinations, promotional materials, selected email content, sponsor research, event page, and photography support.

Automation and measurement

Form-to-sheet operations, booking workflow, reminders, internal alerts, analytics connections, and reporting foundation with known data gaps documented.

Working model

I work as SU Consulting's long-term digital partner: translating business objectives into website, acquisition, event, and operational improvements; presenting direction; building solution; then evolving it as needs change.

R / OUTCOME

Digital presence became working growth infrastructure.

94%

Reported event attendance-to-registration ratio

Voices of Power welcomed 85 attendees from 90 business-owner registrations and secured 15 sponsors—turning online promotion into strong in-person participation.

From zero

Digital foundation

Business gained website, service journeys, search presence, campaign destinations, analytics, and continuous improvement process.

Connected

Lead response

Personal Tax follow-up moved from remembered manual tasks toward monitored booking and reminder workflow.

Repeatable

Community platform

Successful first Voices of Power edition created foundation for larger second event.

WHAT CHANGED

SU Consulting moved from needing digital presence to needing stronger operational capacity to manage demand that presence helped create.

NEXT PHASE

Scale participation. Close measurement gap.

Voices of Power returns October 25, 2026, with larger venue, new speakers, and target of 180 attendees. These are planned objectives, not completed results.

Next growth priority is stronger source and outcome tracking across form submission, consultation booking, qualification, and client acquisition.

Evidence boundary: Event registrations, attendance, sponsorship count, delivered systems, and workflow behavior are reported or documented. Client reports organic growth and tax-service leads, but reliable end-to-end totals are unavailable. No unsupported revenue, conversion-rate, or client-acquisition claim is made.
